Call (901) 678-8200 by February 20th and request a room in the Mid-South Horn group block at a conference rate of $125 for up to four people per room. After this date any unreserved rooms will be released to the public. If a caller does not give the correct group name, they could be told that the hotel is full when, in fact, rooms are available in the block.  A major credit card is required to reserve a room. Individuals are responsible for all room, tax and incidental charges payable prior to departure. Online reservations may be made for the Holiday Inn at the link above. The code for this group is MSH. At the site, enter the date and the code and proceed as directed.

Fogelman Executive Center (All queen)

After this date any unreserved rooms will be released to the public.
