Registration Options

1. Online Registration:

Online registration is available through March 6, 2009 and may be paid by credit card or electronic check.

2. Registration via Postal Mail:
Download registration form (pdf) and print out. Mail form and check to address below, postmarked by March 3, 2009. Paper checks are accepted only on corporate accounts. To use a personal checking account, use the online registration option above.

Fees:

$35 per space. Each booth space is approximately 8' x 8' and includes one 30" x 72" table and 2 chairs. Each exhibitor will also receive two all-event passes and, if desired, a link to their web site on the exhibitor page of the Mid-South Horn Workshop website. Electricity, wireless and wired Internet access will be available.

Program advertising is also available. A quarter page ad (3x3.75") is $25, a half page (6.5"x3.75") is $50 and a full page (6.5"x8") is $75. Advertisers should submit camera ready black and white line art in the appropriate size or email a pdf or tiff image to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
